Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Gustavo Martín, trading as GamesGus ("we", "us"), handles information when you use our mobile games, including SoliChess Demolition (the "Apps").
We have designed our Apps to collect as little information as possible. You do not need to create an account, and we never ask for your name, email address or any other information that directly identifies you.

2. Information stored on your device
Your game progress, statistics and settings (language, theme, sound) are saved only on your device. We do not receive this information and have no access to it. It is deleted when you uninstall the App.
3. Advertising
Our Apps are free and are funded by advertising provided by Google AdMob. To show ads, measure their performance and prevent fraud, Google's software may collect certain information from your device, such as:
- your device's advertising identifier;
- your IP address and the approximate location derived from it;
- technical information about your device and operating system;
- your interactions with the ads.
We do not receive this information in a form that identifies you. Google processes it under its own policies:

4. Your choices
European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland. Before showing personalised ads, we ask for your consent through a message provided by Google. You can accept, decline or choose specific purposes. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will not be based on your interests. You can change your choice at any time from Settings → Privacy inside the App.
iOS. Before the advertising identifier on your device can be accessed, iOS asks for your permission. If you do not allow it, it is not accessed. You can change this at any time in your device's Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Android. You can reset or delete your advertising ID from your device's settings (usually Settings → Google → Ads or Settings → Privacy → Ads).
5. Legal basis
For users in the EEA, UK and Switzerland, we rely on your consent to show personalised ads and to store or access information on your device where the law requires it. Where consent is not required, we rely on our legitimate interest in keeping our Apps free by funding them through advertising.
6. Children
Our Apps are not directed at children under 13, or under the minimum age of digital consent in your country.
We do not collect personal information ourselves, so we hold no data that could come from a child. All game data is stored on the device and is deleted by uninstalling the App. Data used for advertising is managed by Google, as described in sections 3 and 4.
7. Data retention
Information stored on your device remains there until you uninstall the App. Information collected by Google is kept according to Google's own retention policies.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal data, such as the right to access, correct or delete it, to object to its processing, and to withdraw your consent at any time.
Because we do not hold any information that identifies you, we have no personal data of yours to provide, correct or delete. In practice, you can control your data as follows:
- Game data: uninstalling the App deletes it completely.
- Advertising consent (EEA, UK and Switzerland): Settings → Privacy inside the App.
- Tracking on iOS: your device's Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

We do not sell your personal information.
If you are in the EEA and believe your data has not been handled correctly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos — https://www.aepd.es) or with the data protection authority in your country.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time, for example when we add new features to our Apps. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it was last changed.
